Learn to:

Increase your confidence and manage anxiety
Enhance communication skills and approach employers with more confidence
Develop your organization skills and stay focused on your goals
Increase your knowledge of best work practices
Create awareness of essential skills most in demand by employers
Make informed decisions about your future plans
Develop the personal management skills to succeed in your personal and professional life

Participants are paid minimum wage (currently at $16.75) and are paid by cheque every Friday
The program runs for 9 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Any supplies needed for the program are provided by the program
Additional supports are available to participants if needed, such as reimbursement for work clothes, covering counselling sessions, one-on-one support, and so on
Employer wage reimbursement is simple with minimal paperwork involved. Employers are reimbursed within 3 business days
Participants will receive a $500 completion bonus for successfully completing the program and finding and maintaining employment
